Legal problems arising out of an arrest& are always unexpected. Most often clients are caught off guard and are frequently unprepared to meet the financial cost of being defended and represented by an attorney.

The cost of hiring an Attorney is the most important question to all prospective clients of our firm.

Attorney's fees do not come from a chart or schedule. The cost of any legal representation is determined by the Attorney's understanding of the following factors:

1. The complete details and facts of all sides to the case.
2. The seriousness and complexity of the case.
3. The prior record (if any) of the client.
4. Whether the case is a Misdemeanor or a Felony.
5. If the client currently is on any type of probation.
6. Anticipated work needed to aggressively defend the client.
7. The location of the Court.

REASONABLE FEES AND PAYMENT PLANS

Our firm charges reasonable rates for all of our services. We charge only for work we deem necessary and beneficial to our clients' interest and goals.

WE DO NOT CHARGE FOR UNNECESSARY OR NON-PRODUCTIVE SERVICES AT ANYTIME .

No work is commenced, or a fee charged, without the prior agreement and written consent of our clients.

Payment plans and low down-payments are always available. These arrangements are a courtesy to our clients and are done without any interest or finance charges.

We accept all major credit cards, as well as checks, cash and money orders.
