Although our offices are in Los Angeles, we regularly appear in Orange, San Diego, Ventura, San Bernardino, and Riverside County Courthouses. In addition we regularly appear in hundreds of Courts throughout the State of California. Over the years we have also represented many clients who do not live in California, but live in other states as well as Canada, Europe, Asia and the Middle East. Unfortunately these clients, although not living here found themselves in trouble while in California on business or pleasure.
In Los Angeles alone there are over 30 different Courts. Throughout California there are hundreds of Courts, each following the same law, but implementing them with their own unique style and personality. In other words, Courts in different counties can differ tremendously in how they prosecute the wide range of offenses. Appreciating that difference is critical in protecting our client's freedom and good record.
